Can I buy on line?

Can you ship worldwide ? Yes, we ship all over the world.
Do I need to register to gain  the price and volume availability? No, please just make a request to customerservice@delta-line.com and someone will come back to you.
Do you offer preferential pricing to Schools / Universities / Students ? Yes please send your details along with the project details to customerservice@delta-line.com and she will come back with an answer.
Do you have an MOQ for your products?  This is product specific, please make a request to customerservice@delta-line.com and our Customer Service will come back to you.
How long will it take to ship my goods (f in stock) ? Typically 48 hrs but if our workshops are busy then it may take longer. we will try to advise if the production/delivery time is different.
Can I collect my goods from your offices ? Yes, it is possible with prior arrangement.
Can I arrange my own courier to collect the goods from your offices ? Yes, it is possible with prior arrangement.
How can I progress my order?  Please send a request to our Customer Service dept. at customerservice@delta-line.com and they will come back to you.
Who can I contact about my order ? Please contact the main office number and ask for Customer Service having your order ref. number to hand or email Customer Service at customerservice@delta-line.com.
How long will it take to receive an answer on my question regarding where my order is? Typically an answer can be given within 24 hrs, but for more complex questions it may take a little longer.
How can I pay you? It is possible to pay via a pro-forma invoice or an account if one already exists. A request for this can be made by sending an email to Customer Service at customerservice@delta-line.com.
How can I find out if my company has an account with you? Please send a request to our Customer Service dept. at customerservice@delta-line.com and they will come back to you.
Does the product have to be assembled by you or can I do it ? You can request the product to be assembled or not, but it is best for us to do it as we test the final product for noise and performance. 
What volume can you supply ? From our Stock Program this is dependant upon the product stock levels and we can quote you accordingly, and for all other requests please send your demand to our Customer Service dept. at customerservice@delta-line.com.
I have an interesting project but I need to modify/order a customised product. Can you offer this service ? Yes, we can. Send us ( customerservice@delta-line.com) the details of the project and customisation needed and we will get back to you.  Please bear in mind that some customisation may include engineering costs.

What is the warranty period of the products you sell? For Portescap it is 24 months from date of manufacturing, for all other products it is 12 months from date of manufacturing.
