What if I do not have a credit card to pay for a web store order ? It is possible to pay via a pro-forma invoice or an account if one already exists.
How can I find out if my company has an account with you? Complete the registration procedure and, when the Company VAT number is added, the system will identify that the account exists and allocate accordingly. 
Does the product supplied from your web store have to be assembled by you or can I do it ? You can request the product to be assembled or not, but it is advisable to have Delta Line do it as we test the final product for noise and performance. 
How do I know if you have the product in stock ? Generally, we try to keep enough stock to meet the needs of our customers. Please connect to our website to check if the product is in stock; if it is not available, we will inform you about an alternative product and/or when we will receive new pieces.
I have an order over 49pcs can you accept that on your web store ? Normally we can't, but depending on the product configuration we could consider this, therefore for this request please contact  Ms. Federica Biganzoli - fbiganzoli@delta-line.com.

Send us (Ms. Federica Biganzoli - fbiganzoli@delta-line.com - the details of the project and customisation needed and we will get back to you.  Please bear in mind that some customisation may include engineering costs.

Can you make simple modifications to the output shaft of the motor or gearbox ? It depends on the complexity of the request. If in doubt, send a drawing of your product modification request to Ms. Federica Biganzoli - fbiganzoli@delta-line.com - and she will get back to you. 
What is the warranty period of the products you sell? For Portescap it is 24 months from date of manufacturing, for all other products it is 12 months from date of manufacturing.
