Less is more: new Frameless BLDC motors

DELTA LINE, a leading manufacturer of motion control solutions, is expanding its offering with the launch of frameless BLDC (brushless DC) motors, ideal for space-constrained applications that require high torque density and stiffness.

The frameless BLDC motors, manufactured by our company Fulling Motor, are available in sizes 50, 70, and 85, specifying the motor outer diameter in millimeters. With the frameless design, the motor’s rotor and stator can be integrated directly into the machine, providing significant space savings without sacrificing performance.
Frameless BLDC motors have proven to be an ideal choice for robotic applications, such as cobots and AGVs, where they can be directly integrated into the robot joint or AGV drive. This allows an overall space reduction while still providing high output torque.
