Reporting vulnerabilities and security incidents

To report a potential vulnerability or security incident regarding a Delta Line SA product, please write to:
cybersecurity@delta-line.com
In your report, please include the following information where possible:

• Affected product and version;
• Firmware or software version, if known;
• Description of the vulnerability or incident;
• How the issue was detected;
• Steps to reproduce the issue, if available;
• Potential impact on the product or system;
• Any relevant logs, images, proof-of-concept, or other useful technical material;
• Name and contact details of the reporter for any follow-up.

Please do not include personal data, credentials, or confidential information that is not strictly necessary for the assessment of the report.

Delta Line SA will review the information received and may contact the reporter if further clarification is required.
