IVID60: integrated control in a compact Ø60 mm design

Machine builders need compact, efficient and connected Motion Solutions without added mechanical or electrical complexity. The IVID60 combines the motor, control electronics and industrial communication interfaces in one compact, IP65-rated unit.

By removing the need for a separate external drive, the IVID60 helps reduce wiring and installation effort while freeing valuable machine space. The CN1 connector is supplied at 0° as standard, with 90°, 180° and 270° orientations available on request to support cable routing in space-constrained designs.

Built around a 60 mm motor frame, the IVID60 delivers rated torque of 0.64 Nm or 1.27 Nm, peak torque up to 3.81 Nm and a rated speed of 3000 rpm. Available in 200 W and 400 W versions, it has a nominal supply voltage of 48 VDC and offers incremental or absolute magnetic encoder options and an optional integrated brake.
