Launch of the new Worm & Wheel gearbox range

Delta Line announces the introduction of a new range of Worm & Wheel gearboxes, a technology previously unseen in its catalogue, which complements the company’s extensive range of planetary and spur gearboxes.

This new line is designed to offer compact, safe, and versatile solutions, particularly suitable for applications where space is limited and the mechanical design requires the use of right-angle gearboxes.

Six new models to cover a wide range of application needs

The range includes six versions, each designed for specific space and performance requirements, featuring different coupling flange dimensions:

With these variants, Delta Line covers a dimensional range from 51 mm to 90 mm, offering flexibility suitable for a wide variety of sectors and applications.

Performance and materials

The new line, developed with great attention to product quality and durability, offers an output nominal torque from 2 Nm up to 120 Nm, and reduction ratios up to 1:160.
Some models are also available in a two-stage configuration, providing high-performance solutions both for light applications and for those requiring higher torque.

In addition, the gear wheels are available in two material options:
